MAINTENANCE & GROUNDS POSITION
Atlantic Municipal Utilities will be accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance & Grounds
position. Current wage rate is $26.30 to $30.94/hr. Candidate must have knowledge of procedures,
practices, equipment, and machine and hand tools used in maintenance work; knowledge of occupational
hazards connected with maintenance work; must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. of supplies
and materials; must have mobility to bend and stoop to push materials in place and perform maintenance
around and under equipment and ability to climb and work from ladders; must be able to work in and
around various working and climate conditions; a valid Iowa Driver’s License, Class A CDL, and
applicable Iowa Commercial Pesticide Applicator license must be maintained. Job description is available
